Job Title: Operational Support. (Serious Injury Team)

Responsible to: Serious Injury Operations Manager

Level: Colleague

Job Summary

The Operational Support is responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data in a clear, actionable format, often using dashboards and reports.

The role holder will present findings and make recommendations that inform the leadership team of performance results. An ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities to deliver performance to agreed KPIs and objectives.

With a experience of successfully supporting operational functions, you will have an ability to react quickly to both planned and unplanned change. A continuous improvement approach is essential to the success of this role.

The role holder will have a track-record of successfully developing relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with other departments to support the wider business projects and supporting colleagues as required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team in delivering and embedding objectives.
  • Create performance reports using data available from various sources.
  • Produce weekly performance insight packs, highlighting areas of opportunity and risks for Minster Law.
  • Support the Operations Manager by creating and maintaining operational improvement action plans that enhance performance.
  • Support the Operations Manager and Technical Manager to clear the way for our Team Leaders to dedicate quality supervision time to the management of their team’s client cases.
  • Be the voice of the operation, confidently describing requirements and providing updates back to the operation on projects and change initiatives.
  • Support the leadership team with the creation and maintenance of our Operating Manual.
  • Plan and prepare the logistical aspects of training, team meetings and wider business sessions.

Key Performance Indictors

Your KPIs and Objectives will be discussed and agreed with you on a one-to-one basis. You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager to review your performance against these objectives and identify any areas for development and/or required support.
