Operational Skills Coach

Stafford Fulfilment Centre

Salary - 13.35 p/h

Shifts - 37.5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday rotation, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

At Pets, our aim is to provide the nation's pets with what they need to be at their best. We are committed to finding the best talent in the Logistics & Distribution industry. Currently, we are looking for Operational Skills Coaches to join our Warehouse Team at the Stafford Fulfilment Centre.

The Role

As an Operational Skills Coach, you will train new starters in all warehouse systems and functions. You will be their first point of contact, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. Your responsibilities include consulting with First Line Managers and Shift Operations Managers to ensure training programs are followed and skills matrices are up to date. You will also deliver refresher training for existing employees, ensuring paperwork and training records are maintained. A good awareness of safety and well-being in line with company procedures is essential. Flexibility in duties and hours may be required to meet business needs.
