We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Operational Services Assistant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The Operational Services Assistant will provide comprehensive, quality, confidential administrative support to the Musculoskeletal (MCATS) & Chronic Pain Team and Therapy Booking team employed by the Trust. The post holder will be expected to organise their own workload and coordinate activities in conjunction with, and supervised by, the team leader to ensure that an efficient service is provided.
The post holder will be capable of the full administrative function within the team and will be able to step in to fill gaps to ensure continuity of services. This will include managing patient calls, processing referrals, managing email requests, and supporting the clinical staff. Excellent typing skills are essential. The post holder should exercise initiative suitable to the role and be fully supportive of other colleagues within the team.
