Role / Team Overview:

The successful individual will support ORM Data and Technology needs across all ORM Risk types (L1). Recognized as a technical authority in an area within the business, this role will require executing ORM's Consent Order milestones across various risk types, impacting the area through complex deliverables. Providing advice related to technology or operations of the business is imperative.

This position is within the ORM Data and Technology team. ORM is an enterprise-level independent risk management function responsible for oversight and aggregation of operational risk across all Businesses/Functions. Our mission is to enable the bank to achieve strategic objectives with robust operational risk frameworks and principles within risk appetite parameters.

What you'll do:

1. Execute remediation of Data Governance and Data Management, including Critical Data Elements, Data Quality Rules, Data Lineage, and Data Domains using Citi's Enterprise tooling.
2. Execute ORM Data Use Cases by liaising with stakeholders in the chief data office, ORM Risk leads, technology teams, and PMO teams to plan, track, and deliver data projects.
3. Support ORM Data and Technology needs across all ORM Risk Types.
4. Execute ORM's Consent Order Milestones across risk types.
5. Define and manage Operational Risk Data Strategy, performing data analysis to derive insights for effective risk management.
6. Product Ownership of L1 Tools (Data Risk, 3rd Party Risk, Tech & Cyber), including strategy, project management, backlog, BOW, and Budget.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations.
8. Report and present various statuses to management and audiences.

What we'll need from you:

1. Experience in product program governance and risk management frameworks.
2. Skills in risk management, business analysis, data, analytics, databases, and data quality; experience with database tools, Tableau, Power BI, visualization is preferred.
3. Strong team player with excellent work ethics, attention to detail, and accuracy.
4. Quick learner with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
6. Understanding of Risk Management and Operational Risk Management, with basic knowledge of Financial Models.
7. Knowledge of Data Governance and Strategy is a plus.
8. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
