These regulatory requirements are complex, affecting both Firmwide and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) levels, spanning Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Corporate Functions. Consequently, the Resiliency framework and tooling are undergoing a significant transformation agenda.
As a Programme Manager - Executive Director in the Operational Resiliency team, you will lead a program team to deliver a continuous development agenda aligned with Firmwide, CIB, and regulatory deliverables. You will coordinate with the broader CIB resilience team to communicate with senior managers during crises of specific severity. Your primary goal is to ensure the firm is prepared for all eventualities concerning disruption and can respond effectively, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive program strategy and framework deliverables.
- Execute the CIB resiliency strategic agenda, collaborating closely with global partners and the Firmwide Resiliency team.
- Build and leverage global and local partnerships across business, technology, and operations in line with overall program objectives.
- Engage with control stakeholders, including the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense.
- Advance an inclusive leadership agenda by building a diverse team and actively promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage CIB senior manager communication during crises in coordination with the broader CIB resilience team.
