Role/Department

The Senior Consultant for Operational Resiliency Integrated Testing will support the Enterprise Operational Resiliency Program by managing resiliency testing processes and activities within a defined plan. This involves designing and executing various resilience testing and exercise scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute complex operational resiliency tests and exercises to assess and improve the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
• Integrate resiliency testing into existing testing regimes, understanding how they promote enterprise resilience.
• Support the development of a scenario inventory of severe but plausible scenarios.
• Design test objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholder input to ensure quality outcomes.
• Escalate identified gaps from tests and exercises promptly and effectively.
• Provide training and support to business leaders and stakeholders on resilience testing methodologies.
• Participate fully in exercises with third parties and external partners.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in testing and exercises, including enterprise resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in developing testing scorecards and communicating test status across organizational levels.
• Deep knowledge of resilience testing methodologies such as tabletop, functional, recovery, and full-scale simulations.
• Understanding of financial services' business capabilities, applications, processes, and infrastructure.
