We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Operational Resilience Testing Lead to join our Operational Resilience OCIR team. You’ll have specific responsibility for leading, designing, and executing comprehensive testing programs to assess and enhance the resilience of YBS’ Important Business Services. This role ensures that the Society can prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. There’s fantastic potential for career progression and to put your own stamp on this crucial work!
This is a hybrid role, where you can blend working from home, with office presence in our Leeds or Bradford offices once a week.
As our Operational Resilience Testing Lead, you will -
You will have a proven track record in operational resilience, business continuity, or disaster recovery, preferably within a Financial Services organisation, with a focus on testing and scenario planning. You’ll have -
