Operational Resilience & Services Manager – UK/Lloyd’s

The Operational Resilience & Services Manager is responsible for overseeing key components of AXA UK & Lloyd’s operations and services. This role includes delivering operational resilience in the UK, managing third-party relationships, and providing operational support. It offers the opportunity to collaborate with AXA XL’s leadership and influence regulatory strategies within the COO function.
Key Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities include ensuring operational priorities, overseeing security and cyber initiatives, process improvements, internal audits, LMS controls, KPI reporting, cost management, and preparing high-quality reports for executive committees.
The role requires strategic engagement with multiple senior stakeholders and reports to the Chief of Staff, COO UK & Lloyd’s, within the COO Office of the UK & Lloyd’s Market Region.
