As the Senior Manager for the Culture and Capability team, you’ll play a crucial role in maturing resilience culture and capability to prevent, adapt, respond to, recover, and learn from operational disruptions. This role is key to delivering on our Grow, Focus, and Change ambition, as well as our overall purpose.
You’ll be accountable for designing and embedding the Operating Model, resilience-led Culture and Capability, Resilience Engagement, and awareness. We seek an outstanding candidate, motivated by our values, who will provide leadership both internally and externally. Leading a team of experts, you'll influence across the Group.
