A leading global law firm in London seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Operational Readiness workstream for their HQ relocation. This role involves managing complex project plans, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring successful delivery of the relocation activities in an agile work environment. Applicants should have substantial project management experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to support the Operational Readiness (OR) workstream, a key part of the Ropemaker Programme to move our London HQ to a new, modern workplace designed for hybrid working.
As the project coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of one of the largest programmes for the firm. You will be responsible for supporting with the relocation of the business to the new headquarters and for supporting the activities of the workstreams involved.
