Operational Office Manager
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week, term time only for 42 weeks per year
(38 weeks during term time, 5 INSET days, and 15 additional days as directed by the Headteacher)
The successful candidate will join our busy office team, leading on office systems, payroll, recruitment processes, and supporting financial planning. The role involves managing budgets and supporting the Headteacher with confidential administration. It offers variety and challenge, requiring an individual capable of working independently and as part of a team, contributing to school improvement, and responding proactively to problems.
You will need well-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently, and an adaptable, approachable manner to build relationships within the school and the wider community, including parents and governors. We seek someone with experience in a similar role who is ready for the next step in their career. Support for professional development is available.
