A leading NHS provider is seeking an experienced professional for a leadership role in Children’s Therapy Services. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery across various therapy disciplines, working collaboratively with service users and agencies. This role requires strategic oversight and operational leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and performance targets.

The successful applicant will ensure the continued development and coordinated delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and integrated services. They will work in partnership with service users and partner agencies within a multi-agency system.
The role involves ensuring services are delivered in accordance with national and local policies, priorities, and regulatory frameworks, and that all performance targets are met. The post holder will oversee reporting requirements to commissioners and provide leadership to a senior team comprising managers and clinicians. They will operate as part of the operational leadership team and participate in the Trust’s out-of-hours on-call system.
