Job description

The Operational Lessons Learned Manager is responsible for completing the feedback loop to ensure organisational knowledge and project experience are transformed into measurable improvements in business performance. The role will establish and lead Sisk's Operational Lessons Learned Framework, creating a structured approach to capturing, analysing, sharing and embedding lessons learned across projects and functions. A key measure of success for this role is not simply identifying lessons learned, but ensuring that learning is adopted, embedded and demonstrably influences future project outcomes.
