A leading digital infrastructure provider seeks an Operations Lead - Network Maintenance to drive performance improvement initiatives. This role involves managing change initiatives and collaborating with functions to address performance gaps. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in coordinating complex projects and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. The position offers a salary of up to £51,000 along with a range of benefits including a car allowance and private medical insurance.
This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in your local office at least two days a week, with some travel required to flagship offices such as Glasgow, Milton Keynes, Irlam, and London.

Joining us as an Operations Lead - Network Maintenance, you will drive performance improvement initiatives and foster continuous improvement by identifying and closing performance gaps across Field Network Operations. You will develop and deploy the tools and metrics necessary to optimise processes and enhance overall performance.
