We have an exciting opportunity for a person to develop their leadership skills as the Operational 8a for Gloucester mental health services. You will have direct responsibility for the locality teams of Mental Health Intermediate Care, Complex Psychological Interventions and Recovery Teams with leadership and support to later life and Assertive Outreach services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, competent team player to join our other three Operational leads across Gloucestershire. The post is a 12 months fixed Term Contract or Secondment opportunity to be agreed with your current manager. We offer supervision, support and training; the post will be available from 20th June and we can be flexible with start dates.
