Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operational Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. As an Operational Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
  • Train new employees on operational procedures and company standards.
  • Ensure that the work environment is safe, clean, and organised at all times.
  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages open communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • B2B Sales and relationship management to gain work from commercial clients.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
  • Previous experience within the Construction Industry would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in analysing operational data to drive improvements is beneficial.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading by example is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
