Job summary

• Proven ability to coordinate across the Three Lines of Defence, translating audit and compliance requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to explain governance requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple governance workstreams and track remediation effectively.
• A data-driven approach to compliance tracking, comfortable building dashboards and spotting trends.

About This Role

As part of JET's Information Security organization, you will play a crucial role in protecting our technology-led, cloud-native platform that serves millions of customers across multiple markets. In your role as Operational Governance Lead, you will:

• Own the operational delivery of JET's governance framework, ensuring policies and controls are maintained.
• Run assurance processes that make security requirements practical for engineering and product teams.
• Act as the vital link between L1 engineering, L2 risk and compliance, and L3 audit, ensuring smooth control evidence flow and timely resolution of exceptions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalize JET's security governance documentation, aligning it with our risk appetite and frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Facilitate governance forums and working groups, ensuring decisions are documented, tracked, and communicated effectively.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and control validation across L1 and L2, supporting audit cycles and maintaining a clear control registry.
• Draft and refine technical security standards for cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and third-party integrations.
• Track exceptions and remediation plans with technical owners, escalating risks as necessary.
• Build and maintain KPI/KRI dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility of control health and compliance posture.
