Job summary
Refresco UK in Kegworth invites applications for a Continuous Improvement Technician to support the site's Operational Excellence journey and RMS framework. You will work with Operations and Engineering to ensure data accuracy, track CI projects and deliver improvements in OEE and waste reduction.

Qualifications
- Experience in CI/operational excellence within manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Support CI and Operational Excellence roadmap; escalate risks.
- Manage OEE reporting and data accuracy with Ops/Eng teams.
- Deliver CI projects: waste reduction, OEE, RMS initiatives.
- Provide training/support on EasyGo software and digital transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
- Update CI Manager on progress, risks and needs.
