Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician at our Kegworth site to support Operational Excellence and RMS frameworks. You will work with Operations and Engineering to ensure data accuracy, drive improvement opportunities, and deliver CI projects that reduce waste and enhance OEE.

The role offers a pathway to lead improvements, implement new processes, and promote sustainable ways of working across the site. Strong CI experience and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CI/Operational Excellence roles within manufacturing.
• Strong CI tools and methodologies knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the site's Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence roadmap, ensuring projects remain on track and risks are escalated where required.
• Manage OEE reporting and performance data accuracy, working with Operations and Engineering to identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver and support CI projects, including waste reduction, OEE improvement, Maintenance Excellence and RMS initiatives.
• Provide training and support on EasyGo software and assist with digital transitions from paper-based processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements and embed new ways of working.
• Monitor project progress and report deliverables, risks, and support needs to the CI Manager.
