Operational Excellence Manager - Edmonton

Team Overview: The GB Operational Excellence team supports performance improvement across all functions of Customer Service & Supply Chain at a national level, aligned with the CSSC One Supply Chain Strategy. The team fosters professional and personal development, leading the implementation of CCEP's approach to Operational Excellence to achieve Gold level in the central OE assessment.

Position Scope: This site-level role at Edmonton Manufacturing oversees 7 manufacturing lines, serving as the sole supplier for various CCEP portfolios. With over 300 employees, this position offers potential career growth within Edmonton and across other GB and European sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Operational Excellence roadmap applying the CCEP OE framework (Bronze, Silver, Gold levels).
  • Develop OE leadership, capability, and performance management; lead focused improvement initiatives, projects, and frontline CI activities, measuring financial results.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to perform gap analyses, develop action plans for autonomous maintenance, targeted improvements, productivity, QESH, and customer service standards; conduct audits and analyze trends.
  • Lead the Technical Trainer team, advising on technical learning and planning, conducting, and following up on training and capability assessments.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing performance improvement programs (TPM, CI, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Leadership experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
