About the Team

The GB Operational Excellence team supports performance improvement across Customer Service & Supply Chain functions, aligned with the CSSC One Supply Chain Strategy. The team leads initiatives to achieve the Gold level of the central OE assessment and develops talent within the organisation.

Role Overview

This position operates at our Edmonton Manufacturing site, which has 7 manufacturing lines and over 300 employees. The role involves executing the OE roadmap, developing leadership and capabilities, and implementing continuous improvement projects.
