Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Develop and implement processes, systems and procedures to support business growth.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and objectives.
• Work with senior leadership to deliver strategic business and operational plans.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, finance and operational teams.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Ensure activity aligns with policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Help develop a high-performing, commercially focused operational culture.
• Provide regular reporting and insight to the senior leadership team.
