Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leadership, shape and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation plans, and lead large-scale programmes spanning customer journeys, operating models, processes, technology, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience leading cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrix organisations.
• Experience delivering transformation across customer journeys, operating models, processes, technology, data.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to simplify complex information.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to lead enterprise-wide change across our organisation. What you'll do

You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will identify, shape, and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation plans that improve the way we work and the experience we create for our customers.

• Lead the roadmap, aligning transformation activity with strategic our priorities.
• Identify improvement opportunities using customer insight, operational data, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning customer journeys, operating models, business processes, technology, and service delivery.
• Build compelling business cases and secure sponsorship from senior partners.
• Deliver complex Lean projects from initial diagnosis through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Champion automation, AI-enabled solutions, process mining, workflow optimisation, and digital improvement opportunities.
• Establish governance, controls, and process ownership to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Be an internal consultant, providing expert guidance on complex challenges.
• Influence and engage partners at all levels, building understanding across multiple teams.

• Experience delivering transformation across multiple areas, including customer journeys, operating models, business processes, technology, data, controls, and service delivery.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and create compelling narratives that drive action.
