Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Engineer for an onsite role in Kidderminster. The role drives operational excellence, Lean initiatives and business-wide transformation to boost productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance.

Reporting across manufacturing and support functions, you will lead projects, analyse data with Lean tools, and embed measurable improvements that sustain performance gains in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
At least five years' experience delivering continuous improvement in manufacturing or engineering.
Experience with Lean, DMAIC and operational excellence methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and business functions.
Drive Operational Excellence initiatives including Lean deployment, QRQC, Kaizen events.
Facilitate workshops to develop Lean capability across the organisation.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement using Excel and BI tools.
Map current and future state processes using Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC and other Lean methodologies.
Support project selection, prioritisation and business case development.
Manage improvement projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring benefits are measured and sustained.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce waste.
