As an Operational Efficiency Program Lead, you will contribute to our mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

This is a fixed-term position expected to run until December 31, 2025.

The role:

As an Operational Efficiency Program Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the Accelerate program focused on cost-saving initiatives and transformational improvements across the site. Setting clear goals and providing direction to the team.
  • Managing the transformation initiatives portfolio to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable business impact.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, addressing resistance, and supporting change adoption across the organization.
  • Applying program and change management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring progress through KPIs, managing risks, and communicating outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a track record of overseeing multiple complex initiatives successfully while ensuring performance delivery.
  • Strong numerical skills, with experience working with systems and data.
  • Good understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management principles, with some knowledge of Process Safety Management.
What would make you stand out:
  • Expertise in change management principles and methodologies.
  • Project management experience, ideally with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Statistical understanding.
