Job description

Operational Delivery Partner. Do you have experience supporting Operational Management and Leadership teams in a challenging and changing environment? We are looking for 2 Operational Delivery Partners who will support driving the growth and development of PC24's services through strategic partnerships and operational excellence. This role focuses on identifying, developing and managing key relationships with stakeholders, including NHS Trusts, GP practices and other healthcare providers.

Salary: £43,126 - £50 per annum. Location: Wavertree Head office. Contract: 12 months Fixed Term. Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm.

Job Responsibilities

Support Heads of Service and clinical leads within Primary Care, urgent care and Community Teams. Provide operational planning and support to ensure the smooth implementation of new business initiatives and service expansions. Develop and implement operational plans to support business growth, including resource allocation, process optimisation, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data, workflows, systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Implement process changes that increase productivity, reduce costs, or enhance quality.
  • Support the development of proposals and bids for new contracts, ensuring operational feasibility and alignment with service requirements.
  • Oversee and develop SOPs in conjunction with governance and operations teams.
  • Support systems and processes to ensure services are effectively implemented and monitored according to agreed policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS commissioners, GP practices, and other healthcare providers.
  • Proactive review of KPI standards and implementation of plans to further improve the service whilst identifying best practice, with the support of the Operational Management teams where appropriate.
  • Assist in the performance management and capacity planning.
  • Ensure a smooth handover from business mobilisation to the business as usual service delivery teams.
  • Support the digital transformation team in the delivery and operationalisation of our digital initiatives.
Requirements
  • Effective leadership style, adapting style around different capabilities and services.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate into a service delivery context.
  • Excellent presentation, business case and report writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally, using negotiation skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office packages and able to adapt to systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
