Location: We are looking for an Operational Delivery Manager to cover the West Yorkshire area in our Customer Field Services department within the Wastewater Service Delivery Business Unit. The role is a hybrid working arrangement, however, there will be an expectation that time will be spent working from the operational sites from where your team(s) operate
Work type: 12-month FTC to cover maternity cover. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. As part of the role, you will be required to participate in a standby rota.

Where you fit in:
As our Operational Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing remote operational teams across a specific geographical area in the Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in customer service by striving to deliver a same day solution to our customers and environmental impacting incidents. Along with effective delivery of planned repair and maintenance activities on the wastewater network, whilst delivering the asset plan for network maintenance to eliminate future escapes.
