Operational Delivery Coordinator

Location: Neath - Onsite

Valert, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Delivery Coordinator to join our Transportation Technology Team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our delivery processes through effective workflow management and controlled changes. You will be creating work orders that serve as a roadmap for each production stage, enabling resource optimization and aligning product demand with customer requirements, making attention to detail essential.

What you will be doing:
  • Controlling and managing work orders into Production.
  • Monitoring the progress of work orders and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on status and issues.
  • Supporting the coordination of our dispatch process, liaising with Field Engineers to ensure correct product delivery via our logistics solution.
  • Conducting quality audits using our asset management system to ensure data accuracy for clients.
  • Supporting end-to-end change management within HALO ITSM, ensuring all changes are tested, reviewed, and approved per ITIL standards.
  • Collaborating with the Power BI team to implement and maintain reports for accurate reporting.
  • Occasional travel to other sites.
What you will need:
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HALO ITSM or similar IT Service Management tools is a plus but not essential.
  • Flexibility to travel with occasional overnight stays.
