Main duties of the job

The Operational Coordinator is a key member of staff whose role is to support operational effectiveness of the NEMS CBS Out of Hours and all NEMS CBS Operational Coordination Contracts.

The main purpose of this role is to work with the Shift Leader to ensure efficient and effective administrative service to the Out of Hours Services including clinicians and patients.
