Role Overview: This is a fully remote role within a niche insurer, offering flexibility to work from home every day. You will be part of the 2nd line, partnering with 1st line operations across Claims, Underwriting, and Distribution to support risk management activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing oversight and challenge on risk management processes, controls, and decision-making related to operational and conduct risks.
• Supporting the development and implementation of the company's risk management framework.
• Leading RCSAs, developing risk assessments, and monitoring risk appetite with stakeholders.
• Preparing and delivering risk and compliance reports to senior management, boards, and regulators.
• Promoting a strong risk culture and encouraging continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Risk professional from Financial Services sector.
• Broad risk experience, including Operational and Conduct Risk; insurance experience is a plus but not essential.
• Skilled in developing risk assessments and executing RCSAs.
• Analytical, curious, eager to learn, with excellent communication skills.
