Job summary

Unite Foundation is seeking an Operational Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Assurance team to drive health, safety, fire and security compliance across our UK portfolio.

Based across York, Sheffield and Birmingham with UK-wide audits, you will work independently, deliver the audit programme, identify improvements and report findings to senior stakeholders.

A driving licence is required, and you will collaborate with teams to raise standards and embed best practices across properties.

We're looking for an Operational Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Assurance team, helping to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, fire and security compliance across our UK-wide property portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to work independently across a variety of locations, delivering operational compliance audits and partnering with teams across the business to identify improvements and drive positive change.

This role will primarily support our properties across York, Sheffield, and Birmingham, so a driving license would be required..

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting operational compliance audits at properties across the UK
