Job summary

Outsource Uk Ltd in Clevedon is seeking an Operational Buyer to join our engineering and manufacturing team on a hybrid basis.

You will manage supplier performance, raise purchase orders, support production requirements, and ensure materials are delivered on time, to cost, and to quality standards. This is a 6-month contract with hybrid working and PAYE hourly rate of £23.12.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Purchasing or Buying.
• CIPS Level 4 (or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience with NPI, sourcing, or continuous improvement projects beneficial.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance and supplier relationships.
• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Support production requirements and scheduling.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time, to cost, and to quality standards.

• CIPS Level 4 (or equivalent experience) desirable
• Experience with NPI, sourcing, or continuous improvement projects is beneficial
