The role
You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key e-commerce clients. Acting as the bridge between the operational teams, the client's international-based and UK-based personnel, and the leadership team.
Responsible for day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and supporting commercial expansion across the UK and international markets.
A hands-on, solution-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will need to be a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual to join our client's team. You will be responsible for managing existing and new clients to ensure our client meets and exceeds its targets.
The applicant
Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations, COO, CRO, FD, and tech support to execute growth initiatives and resolve challenges swiftly.
Experience with e-commerce logistics solutions.
Customer-obsessed with a deep understanding of operations.
3+ years experience working in Logistics in the Gig Economy.
Proven experience managing large or complex customer accounts from a commercial and operational perspective.
