Job Description:
Luxury Bag Acquisition – Manage the end-to-end process of purchasing pre-owned luxury bags directly from individual sellers, including communication, price evaluation, and arranging in-person inspections or pickups.
Operations Management – Oversee day-to-day business operations, including inventory management, quality control, and product catalog updates.
Marketing & Brand Promotion – Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to build brand presence and attract local customers.
Content Creation & Product Listings – Supervise product photography, videography, and writing compelling product descriptions for online channels.
Customer Relations – Act as the main contact for both sellers and buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and handling inquiries with a premium experience mindset.
Data & Reporting – Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends; prepare regular reports to optimize pricing strategies and marketing plans.
Event & Campaign Management – Organize pop-up events, promotions, and showroom activities to increase brand awareness and local customer engagement.
Administrative Support – Handle documentation, invoices, scheduling, and assist management with ad-hoc operational and business-related tasks.
Business Growth Initiatives – Propose and implement ideas for improving operational efficiency and customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or retail management (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred).
Passion for luxury products with knowledge of major brands (e.g., Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton).
Proven experience in managing social media and creating content to drive sales and brand visibility.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Data-driven approach with basic understanding of analytics tools and reporting.
Fluent in English (Mandarin or local dialects is a plus to communicate with local clients).
A proactive problem-solver capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing business.
