About the Role

Retail is ever-changing. As we continue to transform our stores for the future and grow our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we are looking for customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence both in-store and online.

Our Operations Managers are crucial to executing our strategy successfully. They are responsible for the leadership and profitability of online operations, the food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure high operational standards and foster a high-performance culture within their team. They will be committed to our strategy, purpose, and customer satisfaction, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for both in-store and online customers.

This role involves working a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. As part of the duty management team, you may be solely responsible for the store at times, requiring confidence in overseeing all operations.

About You

You should have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and working in fast-paced, adaptable environments with attention to detail. Your leadership style should be engaging, capable of coaching and mentoring colleagues, and influencing at all levels. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust your approach depending on your audience are essential.
