Job description

Set up and operate production equipment for manufacturing bioreactor parts under the guidance of project managers.

Collaborate across teams and assist in various company activities to accelerate R&D and engineering workplans.

Act as a key source of knowledge and support for specific production equipment.

Work closely with material scientists and technicians to maintain a professional, clean, and safe working environment.

Objectives:

• Support bioreactor production work by manufacturing bespoke bioreactor components
• Maintain or modify equipment to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Support the running and maintain the labs to a high standard.

Requirements:

• At least one year working in manufacturing environment.
• Delivering for an organisation
• Experience of responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of several items of equipment.

Team working:

• Demonstrable ability to work with a diverse range of people, working towards a common goal in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Expertise:

• Essential: setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
