Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Operating Model Consultant in the UK to support a high-profile public sector digital transformation programme. The role focuses on shaping the future-state operating environment and translating strategic ambitions into actionable recommendations.

You will design and evolve operating models, prioritise investment decisions, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive improvements across digital, business, and operating model transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Operating Model design and transformation.
• Background in Digital Transformation, digital strategy or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and strategic planning.
• Experience creating prioritisation or decision-making frameworks.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Previous consulting experience, ideally supporting large-scale transformation programmes.

Operating Model Consultant

£450 per day- Inside IR35 | 7 Weeks + Extension

We’re currently looking for a Consultant-level Operating Model specialist to join a high-profile public sector programme at an important stage of its digital transformation journey.

You’ll play a key role in helping define the future-state operating environment and how digital capabilities can be organised to deliver against strategic priorities. You’ll have the opportunity to shape operating model thinking, influence prioritisation and help turn strategic ambitions into actionable recommendations.
