About the Job

Workforce transformation is an exciting new business area designed to assist our CEOs and senior leaders in understanding what our Business Strategy means for our future organization. You will work end-to-end, starting with the work itself, developing the business operating model, translating it into skills, capabilities, and roles, and considering the workforce transformation needed to achieve our goals.

Working at pace within a small team, you should be comfortable working one-on-one with senior leaders, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Skills and Experience

• Operating model and organization design within large and complex organizations
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical/modeling, and deductive reasoning skills
• Commercial acumen, including the ability to articulate the financial impact of business decisions
• Ideally, a background in consultancy or Financial Services
