The Private Bank Operating Model team is a newly established function within the global Private Bank Chief Operating Office (COO). Our mission is to ensure a holistic view of the Private Bank's operating model across client service, organisational structure, operations, and technology infrastructure delivering measurable value and supporting strategic transformation across the business. The function owns in addition the Private Bank mandates for enterprise process management governance and oversight, process & service excellence and strategic COO initiatives to drive overall operational excellence.
You will support the Head of Operating Model in delivering the Private Bank Target Operating Model (TOM). You will have a strong background in process improvement, business analysis, or change delivery and be ready to take on more ownership and influence in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
You will play a key role in shaping and implementing org design changes, process enhancements, driving automation and digitalisation, and supporting the Head of Operating Model in managing the function.

Your key responsibilities- Support the design and delivery of the Private Bank Target Operating Model
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis to identify pain points, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Perform impact assessments to enhance client experience, increase automation, and reduce costs and processing times. Contribute to enterprise process governance and oversight frameworks
- Deliver process mapping and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Assist in budget assessments and cost transparency initiatives
- Design optimised to-be processes using best practice methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, COO, Operations, Information Technology, and control functions to align on process improvements
Your skills and experience- Educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/work experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems
- Previous relevant experience as a Process Expert, Consultant, Business Analyst or Change Practitioner, preferably in personal banking, private banking or wealth management
- Strong hands-on experience with process analysis, modelling and documentation.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification (preferred). Familiarity with private banking systems, platforms, and data flows is advantageous
- Understanding of key regulatory impacts (such as Know Your Client/Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) preferred
- Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools
