An exciting opportunity has arisen within our service at the Hillingdon & Mount Vernon Hospital NHS Trust for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse to join our friendly, dynamic, and hardworking theatre team.
The Hillingdon Hospital & Mount Vernon NHS Trust is a busy district general hospital situated near London's Heathrow Airport. A diagnostic and treatment centre at Mount Vernon Hospital will provide day care and elective surgery for the Hillingdon area. This Treatment Centre offers excellent learning and development opportunities for staff.

Our theatre suite at the Hillingdon & Mount Vernon sites comprises 13 theatres and 2 recovery units. Specialities include robotics, orthopaedics/trauma, gynaecology, urology, dental, pain, ophthalmic, and general surgery. This department provides 24-hour theatre services, including obstetrics.
A commitment to participate in shifts, on-calls, nights, and weekends is essential.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon, offering a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services.
Services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.
