The Queen Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Chef to join our brand‑new country gastro pub opening team. You will help shape a menu built on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef.

You’ll create pub classics with a modern twist, support menu development as we grow, and train junior chefs to build a strong, motivated team while maintaining top hygiene and safety standards in our brand‑new kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team to high standards.
• Experience creating menus with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Experience training junior chefs and building a motivated team.
• Maintain hygiene and safety compliance in a busy kitchen.
