Job summary

Beyond, operated by Ucb Restaurants Ltd, launches in Birmingham City Centre as University College Birmingham's new bar and restaurant. We’re recruiting Bartenders to join the opening team, with an all-day coffee and evening drinks offer and a serious cocktail list.

Role focuses on crafting drinks to spec in a quality-led environment, learning both coffee and cocktails to a high standard. Expect a 45-hour week, weekend availability, great perks and development opportunities as you help open this

Qualifications

• Bar experience in a quality-led bar, restaurant or hotel.
• Ability to mix drinks to specification and maintain consistency across service.
• Willingness to learn the coffee side to the same standard as the bar.
• Confident talking to guests and working in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of drink preparation and presentation.
• Work across a seven-day operation including evenings and weekends.
• Contribute to a warm, engaging guest experience behind a busy bar.
• Collaborate with the opening team to ensure smooth service during launch.
