Dishoom in Wimbledon is opening a brand-new Permit Room and seeks an Assistant General Manager to join the launch team. You’ll lead day-one operations on-site, support the General Manager, and nurture a high-performing front of house team in a bustling boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to coach and develop other team members.
• Commercially savvy with strong leadership and service standards.
• First-class service is your priority and you strive to raise the bar daily.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager to run the restaurant in their absence.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams during opening and ongoing operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service and hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with opening team to ensure smooth Wimbledon launch.
