Open-Source Intelligence Tradecraft Methodologist
The Opportunity:
Join the AFRICOM Team as an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Tradecraft Methodologist. You will analyze and evaluate OSINT/Publicly Available Information (PAI) tradecraft and tools, documenting tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for collection, processing, exploiting, disseminating, and integrating PAI across multiple intelligence disciplines. Collaborate with OSINT collectors to identify methods, tools, and best practices to enhance collection processes, especially advanced collection including command line tools. Serve as the OSINT Subject Matter Expert for trained OSINT collectors and support external US and foreign partner engagements.
You will develop 'Data Assessment Reports' and other OSINT products, manage data set access, tool subscriptions, and related purchases to maintain operational capabilities.

Compensation:
The salary range is $60,300 to $137,000 annually, based on various factors. The position is full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) with eligible benefits. The posting closes in 90 days.
