Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage account balances for institutional and society OA agreements.
• Monitor and manage monthly post-pay accounts for institutional and society agreements.
• Coordinate timely invoices with customers and internal teams for OA agreements.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Support account closures, audits and ad hoc tasks.
• Assist with data processing, analysis and reporting across OA agreements as needed.
