Job summary

Yondr is seeking a finance professional to own end-to-end responsibility for operating companies (OpCos), delivering accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis across the business.

The role focuses on reconciliation, variance analysis, transfer pricing governance, and partnering with group finance to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years in finance, strong communication, and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-growing data centre environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• People management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform all related accounting functions for OpCos, including reconciliation and financial statements.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure correct accounting policy across entities per Group Reporting framework.
• Manage various third parties, including auditors and outsourced services.
• Interface with other departments on monthly draws, cash management, tax filings and related items.
• Support the Group OpCo Financial Controller as required.
• Identify and drive process improvements and create standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Act as go-to contact for OpCos and ensure adherence to the Group Operating Model.
• Act as a key business partner across Finance to deliver accurate financial reporting and support decision-making.
