A global travel solutions company is seeking an Op Model Lead to drive transformational initiatives. This role will oversee change management strategies, lead organisational design, and ensure the delivery of effective change management across programmes. Purpose of the role:
As part of a major transformation, we are investing in connecting consumers, our clients and our partners to elevated experiences. We require an Op Model & Change Lead to support the delivery of key initiatives in our Transformation portfolio.
The Op Model and Change Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of change management strategies across Collinson’s programmes and will lead aspects of organisational design for specific initiatives. The key responsibilities include:
