Fixed-Term (Maternity cover)
£32,642 (FTE) p.a.
Hours are flexible with a choice of contracted hours between 24-35 hours per week (Full time – 35 hours a week).

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Out of Hours Team Leader to cover maternity leave until the end of March 2025. The OOH Team Leader will lead the OOH team covering nights and weekends who answer the 24-hour helpline and respond to the day-to-day support needs of service users in the refuge. The helpline is the first point of contact for Leeds Domestic Violence Service for any person experiencing domestic abuse.
The hours are flexible, and some working from home can be arranged.
Leeds Women’s Aid (LWA) is the largest women’s charitable organisation in Leeds, providing services for victims of domestic violence and abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking, and harassment. LWA is the lead agency for two consortia: Leeds Domestic Violence Service and Women’s Loves Leeds.
