CVS Vets 24/7 Bristol is seeking an experienced OOH Night Veterinary Surgeon to join our small animal hospital. You will provide high-quality care during night shifts, handle primary care cases, and participate in inpatient care and surgical procedures.

The role requires 3–5+ years of independent clinical practice and strong client communication skills. The practice offers market-competitive pay up to £65,000 (DOE) with annualised hours, 12 average weekly hours, and supportive learning

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
• Strong clinical autonomy with ability to manage a varied caseload
• Experience in primary care OOH consultations
• Mentoring and teamwork mindset
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Primary care OOH consultations
• Receiving member practice case transfers
• Inpatient care, medical workups and surgery
• Lead on surgical and medical cases; provide guidance to the wider team
