Job summary

Zenith UK, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an OOH Account Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of out-of-home campaigns for UK brands. You will combine strategic thinking with strong client partnerships to drive meaningful business results through creative and data-informed media solutions.

Working with experienced media specialists, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, foster trusted relationships with clients and media owners, and contribute to evolving our best-in-class OOH offering across

Qualifications

• Experience planning and buying OOH media campaigns in an agency, media owner, or related environment.
• Strong client relationship management and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how media investment contributes to business objectives.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and supporting team success.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and insights into clear recommendations.
• Curiosity about the evolving media landscape, including digital innovation and emerging opportunities in OOH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of OOH campaigns, ensuring high-quality planning, execution, and performance.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Translate client briefs into strategic, data-informed recommendations supported by clear rationale and insight.
• Build strong relationships with clients, media owners, suppliers, and agency teams, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Monitor campaign and commercial performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and actions to support client growth.
• Support and develop junior team members through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute new ideas, best practices, and innovative thinking to strengthen the wider OOH proposition and team success.
